Cancellation Policy
Tidy Up Cleaners understands that circumstances happen and there will be times that you need to cancel an already scheduled clean. We ask that a 48 hours notice be given for any scheduled cleans to be cancelled. Anything not cancelled within this time frame is subject to a $40 fee.
Pet Policy
Tidy Up Cleaners loves all animals and will treat them like the family they are to you. We do kindly ask that any pets that are not comfortable with strangers in their home be put away as to not make them uncomfortable and to assure the safety of Tidy Up Cleaners. We want to assure that we are able to provide you with exceptional services and do not want to cause any stress to your beloved pets.
